Designed for comfort and privacy, all rooms include a private ensuite, spacious built-in wardrobes, hydronic heating, ceiling fans, adjustable beds, and telephone connections. For added peace of mind, emergency call bells are conveniently located in both the bedroom and ensuite.

In addition to our residential care, we offer 17 beds in our memory support unit, ensuring a seamless continuum of care in the same beautiful environment.

ROOM PRICING

Individual room prices vary for each home and are dependent on the room type you choose. If you are required to pay for the cost of the room as determined by income and assets, there are 3 ways to pay.

RAD = Refundable Accommodation Deposit
DAP = Daily Accommodation Payment
COMBO = Split of RAD + DAP

Any DAP is calculated on an interest rate on the outstanding RAD, set by the Government and is called MPIR (Maximum Permissible Interest Rate).

The Government guarantees all RADs paid to an accredited Residential Aged Care Provider such as Menarock LIFE.
