Greenway Gardens is a really warm and friendly facility that feels just like home. My father moved in, being very resistant to leave his own home. All of that resistance disappeared very quickly when he grew to love this facility – his new home. I visited almost every day and I can say that the staff are so friendly and caring and every time I visited, I felt like I was visiting Dad’s house – it just felt so warm and my Dad always had a smile on his face when I arrived. Dad particularly loved the organised entertainment in the form of music and even animals visited sometimes! The staff go above and beyond to include all residents in these activities. Another aspect of this facility that Dad loved was the bushland setting, where he could sit out in the beautiful gardens in the sun whenever he wanted to. I can’t say enough about this place – I’m just so glad I found it for Dad. Thanks so much to management and all staff – we love you!

Staff are very caring and respectful. We only moved our mum to a closer facility opening close to our home In the time our mother was at Menarock McGregor Gardens, the staff were wonderful to mum.

The nurses all love 🍰🎂 Cake. So bring them lots of 🥑🥑🥝🥝 Food. My Dad Ross is currently living there and receives outstanding care 😘. The nurses are very kind and try their best to give my Dad ❤️🙏 their best that they can give! There are lots here for all the residents including….Cake So if you want your parents that like Cake 🎂🎂🥳 to be happy send them to Menarock Life Emmavale

Every time I walked into this place, I felt like I was walking into my family’s house. Thanks to the management team Julia and Beth for being accessible at all times, they truly understand all our needs. All staff worked with love and care. My father stayed there and my mother visited him every day. Both of them were well taken care of. We were fortunate to meet this place.

What a wonderful team at Emmavale. They were a shining light when my Dad was evicted at Christmas time from a different facility. Communication was amazing. They were empathetic and caring for both Dad and I. There was a positive change in Dad within 5 days of him being there. Within a month he had gained 5 kilos and was even seen dancing to their music! I wouldn’t say Dad loved it there, because he has always been an independent man living on a farm, but if your loved one with dementia has to be in care, then I highly recommend Emmavale. I am forever indebted to them for the help they have given my Dad and our family.

I have been living here for more than a year and I love it. The staff are wonderful to me and are always there to make me happy. My bed’s always made, room is cleaned when I want. The food is delicious and staff are supportive to my everyday needs.
